How Does it Work?
Aspen Consulting Group, L.L.C. rehires the client’s previous employees into Aspen’s
common payroll. The client then pays once per pay period for salaries, taxes, and
benefits. Aspen and the client company contractually divide responsibilities. The
client retains full operational and supervisory control over the business. Aspen
manages payroll administration compliance to Federal and State government regulations,
worker’s compensation claims, unemployment claims, benefits administration, employment
taxes, etc.
